As Head of Growth, you will own acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and expansion. You will work with the founders, marketing, sales, and product. You will build the team. You will build the systems. You will own the numbers.
About the team and the opportunity
Our wedge is high-inbound professionals and teams. Founders, recruiters, agencies, operators, executives, sales leaders, and managers who live in email and LinkedIn. Our acquisition channels include content, search, founder-led social, paid, partnerships, communities, and ecosystem distribution through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and LinkedIn. Your job is to help us find the channels that work and scale them with discipline.
A day in the life
You may start by reviewing waitlist conversion and onboarding activation. By lunch you may sit with sales on a pipeline review, then with product on activation friction. In the afternoon you may approve a campaign, run a test plan, hire a growth marketer, or write a memo to the founders on a channel decision.
What you will work on
- Own the growth strategy and the growth team
- Build the acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and expansion playbooks
- Hire and lead growth marketers, growth engineers, and lifecycle marketers
- Partner with product on activation and product-led growth
- Partner with sales on pipeline development and lead quality
- Run a disciplined experimentation program and report on what is working
What we need from you
- 10+ years of growth or marketing experience with at least 3 years leading growth in B2B SaaS
- Track record of building or scaling a growth function from early traction to repeatable revenue
- Strong analytical instincts and a comfort with data, experiments, and tradeoffs
- Experience hiring across growth marketing, lifecycle, and growth engineering
- Comfort owning a number and explaining it
- Experience with PLG, SMB SaaS, or productivity software is a plus

This is a remote role. Paciva is based in Miami, Florida and the team works across time zones. We value clear written communication, ownership, practical collaboration, and dependable follow-through. Compensation is based on experience, skills, location, market data, role scope, and internal equity. For sales roles, compensation may include base salary and variable incentive compensation. Final details will be shared during the hiring process. Most roles include occasional travel for team meetings, customer sessions, company events, or offsites.
