Enhanced Inbox Management and Gmail Support for a Smarter Messaging Experience

Introducing a suite of improvements designed to make managing your LinkedIn and Gmail inboxes easier and more effective.

Paciva has introduced a new advanced timeline and format feature on message histories, making it easier to pinpoint exactly when messages are sent. This conversation timeline now intelligently groups new messages to linked DMs, providing a more seamless view of related messages. Additionally, messages from Automations and DMs are now merged automatically, giving you a unified non-overlapping history. Lifecycle events can now show a status in the timeline view, helping you better understand the flow of interactions.

In addition to Gmail support, we’ve made significant updates to improve your user experience:

  • Streamlined Sign-In and Settings:The new Google One Tap prompt enables quick, one-click sign-ins, while our redesigned auth and settings pages simplify navigation and improve visual clarity, especially in dark mode.
  • Inbox and Conversation Enhancements:The inbox now displays the latest message preview, helping you triage conversations more efficiently. We’ve fixed reaction emoji placement to appear inline with messages and improved digest reliability.
  • Spam Detection and Filtering:Our spam scoring now catches more cold outreach DMs, with layered defenses including heuristic patterns, topic signals, and LLM triggers — boosting detection accuracy to over 80%. Plus, Gatekeeper’s inbox control features now better support hold modes and filtering.
  • Pending Actions and User Controls:Users can now undo scheduled connection declines directly from the pending actions sidebar, with clearer badge statuses and error handling, making automation more transparent.

These updates are part of our ongoing effort to deliver smarter, more reliable inbox management tools. All features are now available for your use, helping you stay organized and focused on what matters most.

Voice dictation and a smarter inbox

Smarter Inbox Management and Interaction Guidance

This release ships voice-driven inbox navigation, faster Gmail backfill, and a dramatically smarter way to spot the messages that actually need your attention.

Voice dictation and a smarter inbox

What’s new

  • Voice dictation— reply to any conversation by speaking. Streaming transcription with Deepgram Nova-3, post-processing with Claude.
  • Reply-history awareness— Paciva now recognises the people you actually correspond with and surfaces their mail in your Clean bucket automatically.
  • Calendar invites in-thread— Google Calendar invites render as a structured event card with one-click RSVP, instead of a wall of meeting-invite HTML.

Under the hood

  1. Pax seeding now extracts attachments — receipts, PDFs, and calendar invites from the past 12 months land in your Memory Palace automatically.
  2. Newsletter and mailing-list senders collapse into a single inbox row when you’re getting more than three messages from them, with an AI-generated summary.

Heads up: if you’re new to Paciva, the first sync takes a few minutes. The “Your Gmail has been pacified!” notification fires when ingestion is fully done — not before.
