Head of Product2026-04-26T09:13:50-05:00

Head of Product

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Product
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva needs a head of product who can take a real technical foundation and turn it into a product people trust on day one. The product already classifies inbound messages, applies rules, executes safe actions, and explains itself. The challenge now is shaping what we build next, who we build it for, and how we prove it is working. As Head of Product, you will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will work directly with the founders and lead the product, design, and AI training functions. This is a hands-on leadership role at an early-stage company. You will not inherit a product organization. You will build one.

About the team and the opportunity

Paciva runs three core layers. Sentinel reads inbound messages and produces intent, priority, and risk scores with clear reasons. Gatekeeper applies rules and executes safe, reversible actions. Vanguard handles autonomous engagement on messages worth pursuing. Your job is to turn that architecture into a product story that customers feel and trust within minutes of connecting their first channel. You will define the metrics that prove value. You will decide where we go deep on automation and where we leave humans in the loop. You will help us land design partners, expand to teams, and earn trust in a category where AI products often promise too much and explain too little.

A day in the life

One day, you may sit in on a design partner call where a recruiter shows you eight hundred LinkedIn DMs they wish never existed. The next day you may work with engineering on the rules engine, then with marketing on positioning for the founding cohort. Some days will be strategy. Most days will be execution. You will move between vision and details without losing track of either.

What you will work on

  • Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and release cadence for Sentinel, Gatekeeper, Vanguard, and the platform layer
  • Hire, coach, and lead a small team of product managers, designers, AI trainers, and product operations
  • Run customer discovery with founders, recruiters, agency leaders, executives, and revenue teams
  • Translate research and partner feedback into clear specs, decisions, and tradeoffs
  • Define product success metrics, including activation, time saved, signal recovered, correction rates, and retention
  • Partner with engineering leadership to balance scope, quality, and speed
  • Work with marketing, sales, and growth on launches, packaging, and customer evidence

What we need from you

  • 6+ years of product experience with at least 3 years leading product teams in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of shipping products that solve real workflow pain at small and mid-market scale
  • Comfort with AI-assisted product surfaces, including confidence, explainability, false positives, and trust
  • Strong written communication and product judgment under uncertainty
  • Experience hiring and developing product managers and designers
  • Bias toward shipping, learning, and revising rather than planning in isolation
  • Background in productivity software, communication platforms, sales technology, security, or workflow automation is a plus

Remote work, compensation, and benefits

This is a remote role. Paciva is based in Miami, Florida, and the team works across time zones. We value clear written communication, ownership, practical collaboration, and dependable follow-through. Compensation is based on experience, skills, location, market data, role scope, and internal equity. For sales roles, compensation may include base salary and variable incentive compensation. Final details will be shared during the hiring process. Most roles include occasional travel for team meetings, customer sessions, company events, or off-sites.

Equal opportunity statement

Paciva is an equal opportunity employer. We make employment decisions based on qualifications, merit, business needs, and role fit. We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy, caregiver status, or any other status protected by applicable law. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the application or interview process, please let us know. We will work with you to support your participation.

Senior Product Manager2026-04-26T09:12:46-05:00

Senior Product Manager

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Product
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva is a rare early-stage product where the customer pain is obvious, and the technical foundation is real. The harder question is how we keep the product clear, fast, and trustworthy as we add depth across rules, reporting, automation, and team controls. As Senior Product Manager, you will own a major surface of the product and ship it end-to-end. You will not move tickets. You will run discovery, write specs, work directly with engineering and design, and decide what good looks like.

About the team and the opportunity

You will likely own one of three areas. The first is the core triage-and-review experience that turns Sentinel scores into a daily user habit. The second is the rules and policies surface inside Gatekeeper, where users and admins define how Paciva should behave. The third is reporting and outcomes, where we prove time saved, signal recovered, and risk reduced. The exact area will depend on your background and what is hot when you start. All three matter.

A day in the life

You may start by reviewing a recorded design partner session where a founder describes the moment they finally trusted Paciva to act without review. By lunch you may be writing a spec on bulk actions and undo behavior. In the afternoon you may pair with engineering on edge cases, sit with design on a wireframe, and write a Loom that walks the team through tradeoffs. Some weeks you will be heads down on a launch. Other weeks you will be in research mode.

What you will work on

  • Own the discovery, definition, and delivery of features in your product area
  • Talk to design partners, customers, and prospects every week
  • Write clear specs that engineers and designers can build from without follow-up meetings
  • Define success metrics for every release and review them after launch
  • Partner with AI training to align model behavior, taxonomy, and product surfaces
  • Help marketing and sales explain what shipped and why it matters
  • Use AI tools to speed up research synthesis, draft specs, and summarize calls while applying judgment

What we need from you

  • 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ownership of a meaningful product surface from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Strong writing skills. We will read your specs, your customer notes, and your launch posts
  • Comfort working with AI products, automation, and trust-sensitive workflows
  • Experience working closely with engineering and design in fast-shipping environments
  • Sound judgment under uncertainty and a willingness to revise decisions when new evidence arrives
  • Experience in productivity, communication, sales tech, security, or workflow automation is a plus

Remote work, compensation, and benefits

This is a remote role. Paciva is based in Miami, Florida, and the team works across time zones. Product Manager2026-04-26T09:17:24-05:00

Product Manager

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Product
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva is building software for a problem people feel every day. Their inboxes and LinkedIn messages are packed with automated outreach, fake personalization, spam, graymail, and AI-generated noise. The old tools cannot keep up. People do not just need another filter. They need a system that understands intent, explains decisions, and gives them control without forcing them into a new workflow. As Product Manager, you will help shape how Paciva turns that problem into a product people trust. You will work on the core experience across onboarding, classification, rules, controls, automation, reporting, feedback loops, and customer outcomes.

About the team and the opportunity

Paciva runs three layers. Sentinel scores intent, priority, and risk. Gatekeeper applies rules and executes safe, reversible actions. Vanguard handles autonomous engagement when a message is worth acting on. Your job is to help turn that architecture into a clear, useful, and trusted user experience. The work includes questions like how users should understand what Paciva filtered and why, how teams define rules, what should be automated immediately and what should require review, how we make first value obvious in the first session, and how we prove time saved, signal recovered, and risk reduced.

A day in the life

One day you may review feedback from a design partner who connected Gmail and found four hundred low-value outreach messages in the first audit. Another day you may write a spec for rule creation, work with engineering on audit log behavior, or help design simplify a triage screen so users can see what happened without reading a novel. You will balance customer insight, product taste, technical constraints, and business urgency. You should like working at the messy stage where not every answer is obvious, but every decision matters.

What you will work on

  • Define product requirements for onboarding, connection flows, message labels, filtering rules, user controls, feedback loops, reporting, and team workflows
  • Help prioritize features based on customer pain, product strategy, technical complexity, and business impact
  • Work closely with design and engineering to turn ambiguous ideas into clear specs and shippable releases
  • Review usage, user feedback, activation data, correction rates, reversal behavior, and design partner input
  • Support go-to-market by clarifying product value, use cases, objections, and customer outcomes
  • Use AI tools to speed up research, drafts, edge case exploration, and call summaries while applying human judgment

What we need from you

  • 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, productivity, AI products, sales tech, recruiting tech, security, or automation
  • Experience taking features from discovery through launch with users, specs, engineers, design, and shipping cycles
  • Clear writing. Product writing is not a side skill here
  • Practical understanding of AI-assisted product experiences, including confidence, explainability, feedback loops, and safe automation
  • Comfort in early-stage environments where priorities can change, but the work still needs structure

Remote work, compensation, and benefits

This is a remote role. Paciva is based in Miami, Florida and the team works across time zones. We value clear written communication, ownership, practical collaboration, and dependable follow-through. Senior Product Designer2026-04-26T09:36:26-05:00

Senior Product Designer

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Product
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva needs a design that makes AI and automation feel clear, calm, and trustworthy. That is harder than making screens look nice. Our product has to show users what happened, why it happened, what they can change, and how much time they got back. As Senior Product Designer, you will lead the design of major Paciva surfaces and help shape our product design system. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and AI training. This is a craft role with real ownership, not a pixel role with a long approval queue.

About the team and the opportunity

Paciva works behind the scenes across email and LinkedIn. Users connect a channel, see what we classified as signal or noise, and apply rules that determine how messages should be handled. Some messages are surfaced. Others are muted, archived, routed, deferred, bundled, or escalated. Design is central to whether users trust that system. If the product feels like a black box, we lose. If it feels clear and reversible, we win.

A day in the life

You may start by reviewing the onboarding flow to find where users hesitate before connecting an account. Later you may design a message detail view that explains why Paciva marked something as automated outreach. In the afternoon you may work with product and engineering on a cleaner rule builder, or a reporting view that shows messages handled, corrections made, and time saved. Some days will be about interaction design. Some will be about visual polish. Some will be about reducing complexity until the product finally breathes.

What you will work on

  • Lead design across onboarding, channel connection, message review, filtering, rule creation, routing, digesting, whitelisting, audit logs, reporting, and feedback
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, product specs, UI components, and polished screens
  • Develop and maintain Paciva’s product design system, including interaction patterns, states, hierarchy, components, and usage guidelines
  • Design for trust, including explanations, confidence cues, undo options, decision history, correction flows, and user controls
  • Partner with the product to define what users need to understand at each step
  • Partner with engineering to make sure the final experience ships well
  • Mentor other designers as the team grows

What we need from you

  • 6+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS, productivity, workflow tools, AI products, admin tools, or communication software
  • Portfolio that shows clear product reasoning, not just polished screens
  • Strong skills in UX, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and product systems
  • Experience designing for AI-assisted workflows, automation, complex states, user review, and trust-sensitive decisions
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate closely with product and engineering

Remote work, compensation, and benefits

This is a remote role. Paciva is based in Miami, Florida, and the team works across time zones. UX Researcher

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Product
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva is building a product that asks people to trust automation with one of their most personal workspaces, their inbox. We cannot guess our way there. We need disciplined research that helps the team understand how users describe noise, where they hesitate, what they reverse, what they wish the product did automatically, and what they would never trust to AI. As a UX Researcher, you will help us build that understanding into the product.

About the team and the opportunity

You will work closely with product, design, AI training, and customer-facing teams. You will conduct interviews with design partners, observe onboarding sessions, analyze correction patterns, and distill raw input into clear themes. Your work will inform roadmap calls, taxonomy decisions, automation thresholds, and how we explain the product to new users.

A day in the life

You may spend the morning interviewing a recruiting leader who describes how she triages 200 messages a day. In the afternoon, you may synthesize five recent sessions into themes, build a research summary, and share it with product and design. Later in the week, you may run a usability test on the rule builder or audit log view.

What you will work on

  • Plan and run discovery, evaluative, and longitudinal research with users, design partners, and prospects
  • Build a research repository that the team can use without you in the room
  • Synthesize findings into clear themes, recommendations, and decisions
  • Partner with product and design on research questions tied to roadmap calls
  • Help define quality and trust metrics tied to user behavior
  • Train the team on lightweight research practices so research scales beyond your calendar

What we need from you

  • 4+ years of UX research experience in SaaS or consumer software
  • Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Strong written and verbal communication. Research is only valuable if it changes decisions
  • Experience studying AI-assisted, automation-heavy, or trust-sensitive products is a plus
  • Ability to operate independently in an early-stage environment with limited process

Founding Engineer2026-04-26T09:50:21-05:00

Founding Engineer

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: AI Training
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva’s AI needs to understand the difference between signal and noise. That sounds simple until you look at real messages. Some sales outreach is obvious junk. Some is relevant. Some recruiting messages matter. Some look personal but are automated. Some are risky. Some are low priority. Some should be surfaced immediately. Some should be muted and never seen again. As AI Trainer, you will help train and evaluate the systems that classify inbound communication by intent, priority, risk, and actionability. This is a strong role for someone who is detail-oriented, language-sensitive, analytical, and interested in how AI systems improve through human judgment.

About the team and the opportunity

Paciva uses AI to classify inbound messages across email and LinkedIn. The product needs to identify sales outreach, recruiting messages, customer issues, internal communication, partner messages, scams, phishing, impersonation, low-value automation, and real opportunities. You will review examples, label messages, evaluate model outputs, flag edge cases, refine guidelines, and help improve classification quality. This is not just data labeling. It is judgment work.

A day in the life

You may review a batch of inbound messages and label each by intent, priority, risk, automation likelihood, and recommended action. Then you may compare model predictions against human-reviewed outcomes and document where the system made mistakes. Later, you may join a calibration session to align on tricky examples or help refine labeling rules for graymail, recruiting outreach, or phishing risk.

What you will work on

  • Review and label business communication examples
  • Classify messages by intent, priority, risk, automation likelihood, and actionability
  • Evaluate model outputs for accuracy, confidence, explanation quality, and recommended action
  • Identify false positives, false negatives, confusing examples, and risky automation patterns
  • Write clear notes that explain why a message should be treated a certain way
  • Help refine labeling guidelines, rubrics, taxonomy definitions, and quality standards
  • Use AI tools to assist with pattern detection, summarization, and QA while maintaining human review

What we need from you

  • 2+ years of experience in AI training, data annotation, trust and safety, content review, customer operations, support QA, spam review, fraud review, research, linguistics, or a related role
  • Strong reading of nuance in written communication
  • Detail-oriented, consistent, and clear in your reasoning
  • Comfort with repetitive review work that still requires careful judgment
  • Experience with email classification, phishing review, sales outreach analysis, LLM evaluation, or AI data quality is a strong plus

Senior Frontend Engineer

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Engineering
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva needs frontend experiences that make complex automation feel understandable. Users should be able to see what Paciva did, why it did it, and what they can change. As Senior Frontend Engineer, you will help build the product surfaces users interact with every day, including onboarding, connection flows, message review, rules, whitelists, audit logs, reporting, controls, and feedback. This role is for an engineer who cares about product quality, UX details, accessibility, performance, and clean implementation.

You will work directly with the founders. You will build, hire, and lead.

About the team and the opportunity

  • Own marketing strategy, planning, and execution across brand, product marketing, content, growth, and lifecycle
  • Hire and develop a high-leverage marketing team
  • Partner with the founders, sales, and product on positioning and category development
  • Build the systems and rhythms that connect marketing activity to business outcomes
  • Set the brand voice and the standards that protect it

What we need from you

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years leading marketing in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of building and scaling marketing teams in early-stage or hypergrowth environments
  • Strong product marketing instincts and excellent writing
  • Experience launching new products or categories
  • Comfort owning the full funnel from brand to revenue
  • Background in productivity, AI, communication platforms, or workflow software is a plus

Content Strategist2026-04-26T09:59:23-05:00

Content Strategist

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Marketing
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva needs content that makes the modern communication problem impossible to ignore. Automated outreach is flooding inboxes. AI-written sales messages are getting cheaper. LinkedIn prospecting keeps expanding. Professionals spend too much time scanning, deleting, ignoring, muting, and second-guessing messages that should have been handled for them. As Content Strategist, you will help Paciva own the conversation around inbound noise, graymail, sales automation, AI prospecting, email overload, LinkedIn fatigue, and attention protection. This is not a role for fluffy blog production. We need useful, sharp, strategic content that helps the market understand the problem and see Paciva as the answer.

About the team and the opportunity

Paciva’s content will support awareness, search visibility, waitlist growth, design partner recruitment, sales enablement, product education, and customer trust. You will create articles, guides, landing pages, newsletters, reports, founder-led content, social posts, customer stories, comparison pages, and campaign assets. Your work will help people name a problem they are already feeling.

A day in the life

You may spend the morning writing a guide about reducing automated sales outreach without missing real opportunities. Then you may turn a customer insight into a founder LinkedIn post, draft a blog on graymail, or create a use case page for recruiters. You will listen to customer calls, study search intent, review campaign performance, and work with marketing, product, growth, and sales to build content that supports the business.

What you will work on

  • Own the editorial calendar and the content production system
  • Write long-form and short-form content across the website, blog, email, social, landing pages, newsletters, reports, and sales materials
  • Develop content around email overload, AI triage, spam filtering, LinkedIn outreach, graymail, productivity, and workflow automation
  • Create SEO-informed content that targets real search demand without sounding like a keyword landfill
  • Interview internal experts, customers, and users to develop stronger stories and practical content
  • Repurpose larger ideas into posts, emails, guides, scripts, and campaign assets
  • Use AI tools to speed up research, outlines, drafts, editing, and topic clustering while keeping the final work precise and human

What we need from you

  • 4+ years of content marketing, B2B writing, SaaS marketing, SEO content, or editorial strategy experience
  • Strong writing portfolio
  • Working knowledge of how content supports awareness, demand, education, conversion, and retention
  • Comfort turning messy inputs into clear, useful content
  • Experience writing about AI, productivity, sales tech, recruiting, email, cybersecurity, or workflow automation is a strong plus

Social Media Manager

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Marketing
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva’s audience lives in the same channels we are trying to repair. They are on LinkedIn, in email, watching videos, and reading threads. They are also tired of fake engagement, bot replies, and forced thought leadership. As Social Media Manager, you will help Paciva show up the way we sound in private. Calm, useful, sharp, and human. You will own the company’s social presence and help amplify founder-led content.

About the team and the opportunity

You will work closely with marketing, content, and the founders. You will help define the social strategy, shape the editorial mix, run the publishing rhythm, engage with the community, and report on what is working. You will also help build a creator-style point of view that resists the AI-content sameness most B2B brands have fallen into.

A day in the life

You may start by reviewing engagement on a recent founder post and pulling out hooks for follow-up. By lunch you may edit a video clip from a customer call into a short post. In the afternoon you may publish across LinkedIn and X, respond in comments, and brief the content team on a new content series.

What you will work on

  • Own the social calendar across the company channels and contribute to founder-led posting
  • Develop original social content including written posts, short videos, and visuals
  • Engage with the community, answer questions, and surface conversation worth amplifying
  • Run experiments across formats and track what drives meaningful reach
  • Partner with content and brand to keep voice consistent
  • Report on performance and translate data into actions

What we need from you

  • 3+ years of social media experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or a strong personal brand context
  • Strong writing and a sharp ear for tone
  • Comfort with both organic and paid social
  • Experience producing or editing short video is a plus
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Instagram in a B2B context

Head of Growth

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Growth
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva is in the early innings. We have a real product, a clear pain point, and the start of a brand. The next chapter is about turning that into a growth engine. As Head of Growth, you will own acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and expansion. You will work with the founders, marketing, sales, and product. You will build the team. You will build the systems. You will own the numbers.

About the team and the opportunity

Our wedge is high-inbound professionals and teams. Founders, recruiters, agencies, operators, executives, sales leaders, and managers who live in email and LinkedIn. Our acquisition channels include content, search, founder-led social, paid, partnerships, communities, and ecosystem distribution through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and LinkedIn. Your job is to help us find the channels that work and scale them with discipline.

A day in the life

You may start by reviewing waitlist conversion and onboarding activation. By lunch you may sit with sales on a pipeline review, then with product on activation friction. In the afternoon you may approve a campaign, run a test plan, hire a growth marketer, or write a memo to the founders on a channel decision.

What you will work on

  • Own the growth strategy and the growth team
  • Build the acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and expansion playbooks
  • Hire and lead growth marketers, growth engineers, and lifecycle marketers
  • Partner with product on activation and product-led growth
  • Partner with sales on pipeline development and lead quality
  • Run a disciplined experimentation program and report on what is working

What we need from you

  • 10+ years of growth or marketing experience with at least 3 years leading growth in B2B SaaS
  • Track record of building or scaling a growth function from early traction to repeatable revenue
  • Strong analytical instincts and a comfort with data, experiments, and tradeoffs

Growth Engineer

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Growth
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva needs growth that is wired into the product, not bolted on. As Growth Engineer, you will help build the experiments, instrumentation, landing pages, and product-led growth surfaces that turn intent into activation and activation into expansion. You will work across marketing, product, and engineering. You will own code that affects pipeline directly.

About the team and the opportunity

You will partner with growth marketing, product, and product marketing. You will help shape the experimentation infrastructure, build conversion-critical surfaces, and contribute to product-led growth features such as referral loops, weekly reports, sharing, and team invitations.

A day in the life

You may start by shipping a new landing page test variant. By lunch you may work on attribution instrumentation, then on a referral feature in the product. In the afternoon you may pair with growth marketing on a campaign tracking issue, or improve a sign-up flow.

  • Strong frontend skills and comfort with backend work for growth surfaces
  • Experience with experimentation platforms, analytics, attribution, and tag management
  • Comfort working closely with marketers and product managers
  • Bias toward shipping and learning rather than over-engineering

Account Executive

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Sales
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva is solving a problem buyers already feel. Their inboxes are full. Their LinkedIn messages are noisy. Automated outreach keeps piling up. The cost is not just an annoyance. It is missed opportunities, wasted time, slower response, and constant attention drain. As Account Executive, you will help turn that pain into qualified conversations, pilots, design partner relationships, and revenue.

About the team and the opportunity

Paciva’s early customers include high-inbound professionals and teams. Founders, operators, recruiters, agencies, executives, sales teams, and managers who live in email and LinkedIn. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, growth, product, and customer success. Your job is to sell, but also to learn. We need to know which buyers feel the pain most, which use cases convert, which objections matter, and which messages move people from interest to action.

A day in the life

You may start by reviewing inbound leads from a campaign about LinkedIn noise. Then you may run discovery calls with a founder, a recruiting leader, and an agency owner. Later, you may update pipeline notes, refine a demo flow, follow up with pilot prospects, and share market feedback with product.

  • Present Paciva clearly and connect product capabilities to business outcomes
  • Manage design partner and pilot conversations from qualification through next steps
  • Maintain clean pipeline records, follow-up notes, and forecast inputs
  • Work with marketing and growth to test messaging, offers, and audience segments

What we need from you

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AI products, productivity software, sales tech, recruiting tech, or workflow automation
  • Experience running discovery, managing pipeline, handling objections, and closing new business or pilots
  • Strong writing and clear communication
  • Comfort in early-stage environments where the sales process is still being built
  • Experience selling to founders, operators, recruiters, agencies, executives, or revenue teams is a strong plus

Sales Development Representative

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Sales
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva needs an SDR who understands that outbound should not be the problem we are trying to solve. We are building software that helps people deal with automated outreach, graymail, spam, and inbox noise. That means our own outreach has to be thoughtful, relevant, and useful. No lazy spray-and-pray sequences. No fake personalization. No bumping messages to the top of someone’s inbox unless we want to be the villain in our own story. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and start conversations with people and teams who are likely to feel the pain Paciva solves.

About the team and the opportunity

Paciva helps high-inbound professionals control email and LinkedIn noise. Our target audiences include founders, recruiters, agency leaders, operators, executives, sales leaders, and managers who spend too much time triaging messages. You will work with sales, marketing, growth, and leadership to test segments, refine messaging, research accounts, qualify interest, and book conversations.

A day in the life

You may begin by building a list of recruiting leaders who receive heavy inbound LinkedIn volume. Then you may research accounts, write relevant outreach, respond to interested prospects, and book discovery calls. Later, you may join a sales call to hear how prospects describe the problem, then use that learning to improve your messaging.

What you will work on

  • Research target accounts and high-fit personas
  • Write thoughtful outbound messages across approved channels
  • Test messaging around inbox noise, graymail, LinkedIn automation, missed opportunities, time savings, and signal recovery
  • Qualify interest and book conversations for sales
  • Maintain clean CRM records and follow-up activity
  • Share feedback with sales and marketing about what prospects say, ignore, question, and care about
  • Use AI tools to support account research, message drafting, and call prep while keeping outreach human

What we need from you

  • 1+ years of SDR, BDR, sales, business development, customer-facing, recruiting, or marketing experience. Strong entry-level candidates with excellent writing and research skills will also be considered
  • Clear, natural writing
  • Organized and comfortable managing many conversations at once
  • Resilient, curious, and willing to learn from rejection
  • Care for relevance and quality, not just volume
  • Experience with SaaS, startups, AI products, sales tech, recruiting, or productivity software is a plus
