Growth Engineer

  • Location: Remote
  • Department: Growth
  • Employment Type: Full-time

What’s in it for you?

Paciva needs growth that is wired into the product, not bolted on. As Growth Engineer, you will help build the experiments, instrumentation, landing pages, and product-led growth surfaces that turn intent into activation and activation into expansion. You will work across marketing, product, and engineering. You will own code that affects pipeline directly.

About the team and the opportunity

You will partner with growth marketing, product, and product marketing. You will help shape the experimentation infrastructure, build conversion-critical surfaces, and contribute to product-led growth features such as referral loops, weekly reports, sharing, and team invitations.

A day in the life

You may start by shipping a new landing page test variant. By lunch you may work on attribution instrumentation, then on a referral feature in the product. In the afternoon you may pair with growth marketing on a campaign tracking issue, or improve a sign-up flow.

What you will work on

  • Build and ship marketing site features, landing pages, and conversion experiences
  • Build product-led growth features including referrals, sharing, weekly reports, and team invitations
  • Own the experimentation platform and the instrumentation behind it
  • Partner with growth marketing on technical campaign needs
  • Improve attribution, analytics, and reporting infrastructure
  • Help marketing operate independently with templates, components, and tooling

What we need from you

  • 4+ years of full stack engineering experience with growth or PLG exposure
  • Strong frontend skills and comfort with backend work for growth surfaces
  • Experience with experimentation platforms, analytics, attribution, and tag management
  • Comfort working closely with marketers and product managers
  • Bias toward shipping and learning rather than over-engineering
