As Account Executive, you will help turn that pain into qualified conversations, pilots, design partner relationships, and revenue.
About the team and the opportunity
Paciva’s early customers include high-inbound professionals and teams. Founders, operators, recruiters, agencies, executives, sales teams, and managers who live in email and LinkedIn. You will work closely with leadership, marketing, growth, product, and customer success. Your job is to sell, but also to learn. We need to know which buyers feel the pain most, which use cases convert, which objections matter, and which messages move people from interest to action.
A day in the life
You may start by reviewing inbound leads from a campaign about LinkedIn noise. Then you may run discovery calls with a founder, a recruiting leader, and an agency owner. Later, you may update pipeline notes, refine a demo flow, follow up with pilot prospects, and share market feedback with product.
What you will work on
- Prospect into high-fit accounts and personas
- Run discovery calls that uncover communication pain, triage issues, time loss, missed opportunities, and current workflow gaps
- Present Paciva clearly and connect product capabilities to business outcomes
- Manage design partner and pilot conversations from qualification through next steps
- Maintain clean pipeline records, follow-up notes, and forecast inputs
- Work with marketing and growth to test messaging, offers, and audience segments
- Use AI tools to research accounts, prepare call briefs, draft follow-ups, and summarize meetings while keeping communication human
What we need from you
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AI products, productivity software, sales tech, recruiting tech, or workflow automation
- Experience running discovery, managing pipeline, handling objections, and closing new business or pilots
- Strong writing and clear communication
- Comfort in early-stage environments where the sales process is still being built
- Experience selling to founders, operators, recruiters, agencies, executives, or revenue teams is a strong plus
Remote work, compensation, and benefits
This is a remote role. Paciva is based in Miami, Florida and the team works across time zones. We value clear written communication, ownership, practical collaboration, and dependable follow-through. Compensation is based on experience, skills, location, market data, role scope, and internal equity. For sales roles, compensation may include base salary and variable incentive compensation. Final details will be shared during the hiring process. Most roles include occasional travel for team meetings, customer sessions, company events, or off-sites.
