You would define what Pax does for a person’s life outside work. That is the half of the product that turns a tool into a habit, and it is early enough that the person who takes it will set the shape of it.

About the team and the opportunity

Pax is an executive assistant for individuals and a chief of staff to organizations. The professional side has capabilities in customers’ hands today. The personal side is a set of use cases waiting for an owner who can pick the right ten and ship them well.

Mobile matters here, and the roadmap for personal use cases and the roadmap for mobile move together.

What the role covers

You own the personal side of the product. You select which use cases ship and in what order, define the daily check in, and set the privacy defaults for personal data. You run customer research continuously and write the specs engineering builds from. You work closely with mobile.

What you will work on

  • Own the personal use case roadmap, including which skills Pax performs and in what order
  • Define the daily check in for personal life and make it worth opening
  • Build the insights that show a person what changed and what needs them
  • Work with mobile on the inputs that only a native app can reach
  • Set the privacy defaults, since personal data raises the bar
  • Run continuous customer research and publish what you learn
  • Partner with growth on the moments worth sharing

What we need from you

  • 4+ years in consumer product management with shipped mobile experience
  • Taste in copy and tone, because this surface lives or dies on voice
  • Discipline to ship one delightful thing instead of ten adequate ones
  • Comfort with ambiguity, since this area has no established playbook
  • Real curiosity about how people run their lives
  • Willingness to use the product every day and report honestly on it

Compensation and benefits

Compensation is set by role scope, experience, skills, location, market data, and internal equity. Every role carries meaningful equity, because the person who builds a domain from nothing should own part of what they build. For sales roles, compensation combines base salary with variable incentive pay, and the target is stated as on target earnings.

Remote work and travel

Every role here is remote. Paciva has people in Miami and Austin, and the team works across time zones. That puts weight on clear written communication, ownership, practical collaboration, and dependable follow through. Most roles include occasional travel for team meetings, customer sessions, company events, or off sites.
