Head of Marketing
- Location: Remote
- Department: Marketing
- Employment Type: Full-time
What’s in it for you?
Paciva is building a category-defining product in a market that is still finding its language. Professionals are buried in graymail and AI-written outreach. The pain is real. The vocabulary is not yet shared. As Head of Marketing, you will help build the brand, the story, the funnel, and the team that turn that pain into a movement. You will work directly with the founders. You will build, hire, and lead.
About the team and the opportunity
You will own positioning, demand, content, brand, and product marketing. You will help us recruit design partners, convert the founding cohort, build awareness in our wedge segments, and prepare the company for broader launch. You will hire your team and shape the marketing function from scratch.
A day in the life
You may start the day reviewing pipeline data with sales and growth. By lunch, you may edit a launch announcement or coach a marketer through a campaign brief. In the afternoon, you may interview a content strategist candidate, then sit with the product team on positioning for the next release.
What you will work on
- Own marketing strategy, planning, and execution across brand, product marketing, content, growth, and lifecycle
- Hire and develop a high-leverage marketing team
- Partner with the founders, sales, and product on positioning and category development
- Build the systems and rhythms that connect marketing activity to business outcomes
- Set the brand voice and the standards that protect it
- Support fundraising, recruiting, and customer evidence development
What we need from you
- 10+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years leading marketing in B2B SaaS
- Track record of building and scaling marketing teams in early-stage or hypergrowth environments
- Strong product marketing instincts and excellent writing
- Experience launching new products or categories
- Comfort owning the full funnel from brand to revenue
- Background in productivity, AI, communication platforms, or workflow software is a plus
