Paciva needs an SDR who understands that outbound should not be the problem we are trying to solve. We are building software that helps people deal with automated outreach, graymail, spam, and inbox noise. That means our own outreach has to be thoughtful, relevant, and useful. No lazy spray-and-pray sequences. No fake personalization. No bumping messages to the top of someone’s inbox unless we want to be the villain in our own story. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and start conversations with people and teams who are likely to feel the pain Paciva solves.
About the team and the opportunity
Paciva helps high-inbound professionals control email and LinkedIn noise. Our target audiences include founders, recruiters, agency leaders, operators, executives, sales leaders, and managers who spend too much time triaging messages. You will work with sales, marketing, growth, and leadership to test segments, refine messaging, research accounts, qualify interest, and book conversations.
A day in the life
You may begin by building a list of recruiting leaders who receive heavy inbound LinkedIn volume. Then you may research accounts, write relevant outreach, respond to interested prospects, and book discovery calls. Later, you may join a sales call to hear how prospects describe the problem, then use that learning to improve your messaging.
What you will work on
- Research target accounts and high-fit personas
- Write thoughtful outbound messages across approved channels
- Test messaging around inbox noise, graymail, LinkedIn automation, missed opportunities, time savings, and signal recovery
- Qualify interest and book conversations for sales
- Maintain clean CRM records and follow-up activity
- Share feedback with sales and marketing about what prospects say, ignore, question, and care about
- Use AI tools to support account research, message drafting, and call prep while keeping outreach human
What we need from you
- 1+ years of SDR, BDR, sales, business development, customer-facing, recruiting, or marketing experience. Strong entry-level candidates with excellent writing and research skills will also be considered
- Clear, natural writing
- Organized and comfortable managing many conversations at once
- Resilient, curious, and willing to learn from rejection
- Care for relevance and quality, not just volume
- Experience with SaaS, startups, AI products, sales tech, recruiting, or productivity software is a plus
Remote work, compensation, and benefits
This is a remote role. Paciva is based in Miami, Florida and the team works across time zones. We value clear written communication, ownership, practical collaboration, and dependable follow-through. Compensation is based on experience, skills, location, market data, role scope, and internal equity. For sales roles, compensation may include base salary and variable incentive compensation. Final details will be shared during the hiring process. Most roles include occasional travel for team meetings, customer sessions, company events, or off-sites.
