Head of Marketing
- Location: Remote
- Department: Customer Success
- Employment Type: Full-time
What’s in it for you?
Paciva’s customers are people and teams who feel the pain of inbound noise every day. They sign up because they want time back. They stay because they get it. As Customer Success Manager, you will help that happen. You will guide customers through onboarding, build trust during the first weeks of use, surface value as it accumulates, and help teams expand their use of the product.
About the team and the opportunity
You will work with sales, support, product, and marketing. You will own a portfolio of customer accounts, run kickoffs, drive activation, and partner with customers on expansion. Your work will directly shape retention and revenue.
A day in the life
You may start with a kickoff call for a new customer. By lunch, you may review activation data across your accounts and follow up with the ones who need attention. In the afternoon, you may run a quarterly review with a strategic customer, summarize product feedback, and update your account plans.
What you will work on
- Own a portfolio of customer accounts, including onboarding, activation, expansion, and renewal
- Run kickoff sessions, business reviews, and ongoing check-ins
- Partner with sales on handoff and expansion conversations
- Surface customer feedback to product and marketing
- Track and improve customer health across your portfolio
- Use AI tools to summarize calls, prepare account reviews, and surface patterns while keeping the customer relationship human
What we need from you
- 4+ years of customer success or account management experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort owning a number and reporting on it honestly
- Working knowledge of customer health metrics and account planning
- Experience with productivity, communication, or AI products is a plus
